Shipping
UPS and Fedex

*We ship some items with signature required for your protection as well as ours. We cannot remove the signature required but can re-route the package to an address where you will be able to provide the signature. This service has a fee of $10.00 payable at time of address change. This $10 fee is charged to our account by our shipping carrier and we are just passing this on.
* We only ship to P.O. Boxes for packages less than 5 pounds – otherwise we use UPS and FedEx and they cannot deliver to PO Boxes.
* All Items must be inspected at the time of delivery or within 10 days to ensure that we are able to file a claim should there be damage. We have very strict limitations by our shipping company in order to be paid for the claims. If the claim is filed beyond the time limit it will automatically be declined by our carrier. We will handle the filing of the claim and have the product picked up from you. FedEx will generally pick up the item within 2 business days.
* Replacement of damaged products will be done once we confirm pick up from the shipping carrier.
* If the item is out of stock, a refund will be issued.

Freight

Very heavy items and large orders are sent using large delivery truck /18 wheelers. For most items we offer free shipping to your closest freight terminal or a commercial location with a loading dock.
If you will not be able to pick the freight item up nearby but choose to have it delivered to your home a liftgate is needed. All the Freight carriers we use charge extra for this service. Liftgate fee is $150 and that covers delivery to the curb. This service must be requested at time of purchase.

FREIGHT CLAIMS

The freight carrier is responsible for damages occurring during transit. It is essential that we get your help to inspect the freight item immediately upon delivery and please note on the bill of lading any damages prior to the carrier leaving the site.
All visible and concealed damages should be noted on the freight bill and signed by the freight driver. If you fail to inspect the item at the time of delivery and note it on the bill of lading you will assume the responsibility for filling any damage claims against the carrier. Please make sure the freight driver signs the bill of lading and note that the items was received damaged.
